Our Services - What is Offered?

Initial intake sessions include informed consent and an in-depth clinical interview and history for the child/adolescent client (ages 3-18) with the legal parent/guardian. The child/adolescent client is not required to attend the initial intake unless the parent/legal guardian chooses. The purpose of the session is to review client needs and clinic information, services of interest, and sign consent forms as well as obtain thorough client history and background information to aid with treatment planning and determination of fit between provider and child/adolescent client.

Treatment planning is an essential component of the therapeutic experience in order for progress to made. Review and revise drafted individualized treatment plan for the child/adolescent client (ages 3-18) and parent/guardian as a part of initial first session and begin services.

Single sessions tailored to the individual child or adolescent client (ages 3-18) and aligned to treatment efficacy. Sessions can only be scheduled once the initial intake and treatment planning sessions have occurred for new child/adolescent clients with parent/legal guardian written consent.

Group social skills training only available with consent from all parties and availability of clients with similar needs. Individual social skills training can be provided at the same flat rate. Sessions can only be scheduled once the initial intake and treatment planning sessions have occurred for new child/adolescent clients (ages 3-18) with parent/legal guardian written consent.

Group counseling sessions only available with consent from all parties and availability of clients with similar needs. Sessions can only be scheduled once the initial intake and treatment planning sessions have occurred for new child/adolescent clients (ages 3-18) with parent/legal guardian written consent.

General progress and recommendations offered to parent/guardian of child or adolescent client (ages 3-18) to generalize skills learned beyond sessions while out in the community, at home, and/or at school or work (for older adolescents). Consultation/feedback sessions are recommended and scheduled based on child or adolescent client (ages 3-18) treatment plan once initial sessions begin.

A courtesy consultation by phone for prospective parents/legal guardians of child or adolescent clients (ages 3-18) to answer logistical questions prior to scheduling initial intake, treatment planning, and counseling/social skills sessions (Limit 1 per new client).
